- How can I create an account on Vbuyz?
You can create your account on Vbuyz using your mobile number or Email address
- 1. Got to the Login Page
- 2. Enter mobile number or Email address.
- 3. Enter the OTP received on your Number or Email.

- How do I place an order in Vbuyz?
Select the product you want to place order for. Choose size compatible for you and Quantity of the item you want to order. Than you can directly click on ‘Buy Now’ Button for quick checkout or you can add the product in cart if want to purchase more than 1 product and want to checkout at once.
- How can I check the status of my order?
If you have placed an order successfully than you will get a tracking link on your number or your email address. Via that link you can check the status of your order.
- How do I place a cancellation request for my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time.
- If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 7 days of product delivered. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.
- How do I place a return/replacement my order ?

- I have returned my product, how would I get a refund?
If you have returned your product and it has been picked up by our courier partner. Than you will get a link from us. You can track your product from that. If the product has been delievered to our warehouse. Than you can call to us on +91 92653 46425

- Can I modify my delivery address?
Yes, You can modify your address by giving a call us on our contact number given below. It would be better if you contact between 48 hours of from the order time.
What are the modes of payment for purchasing on
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Debit/credit cards or net banking of all major banks
- UPI Transactions
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- I need my order urgently. Can you deliver it?
Yes, we can. For that you have to request an urgent delivery by contact us from the details given below. We will try our best to fulfil all your requrements.
- How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?
If you’ve successfully sent your payment information by contacting our team than we will process your refund in just 24 to 48 hours of business time.
- Why was my order cancelled by Vbuyz?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
- If product is out of stock or is discontinued
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
- How do I claim the coupon I have ?
If you have an coupon so you can claim it at the checkout page by click entering your coupon code at the coupon box than click ‘Apply Coupon’ and that’s it your discount has been applied now. Make sure your coupon hasn’t been expired.
- What If my coupon has been expired?
Sorry, You cannot claim any coupon discount if your coupon code has been expired. Make sure to place your order in the validity of the coupon.
- What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?
COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn't matter if you don't have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Biba offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item & there is no extra charges for COD.
- My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. Please visit our Contact Us page available on website with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.
- What should I do if I have trouble with logging in?
Follow these instructions if you face an issue logging in:
- Check your login details. Your username is the e-mail address you used for registration.
- Ensure that your web browser accepts cookies.
- If you have forgotten your password, reset your password using the 'Forgot your Password' link on the sign-in page.
- In case the system is undergoing maintenance, please try logging in again after 30 minutes.
If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our Customer Care. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
- Why am I being charged GST?
GST is borne by customer and is included in prices of products sold on MRP, but is charged additionally for products sold on discount.
- How can I figure out the correct size for me?
Each item you selected has a size chart in ‘Product Details’ the button beside the images of products. You can determine the right size for yourself.
- How are orders placed on Vbuyz delivered to me?
The orders placed on Vbuyz are delivered by our courier partners and we will ensure timely delivery.
- Does Vbuyz deliver products outside India?
No. Vbuyz ships orders only in India.
